Italian-Swiss architect Alberto Sartoris was an energetic propangandist of the modern movement, amassing a remarkable photography collection of modern architecture which he published between 1932 and 1957. He willed over 8000 original prints of buildings by 650 architects around the world-to the Archives de la Construction Moderne in Lausanne. This book features 180 original prints of both recognized and forgotten buildings in the modern style.
